Hotfix update

• Added support for controller hotplugging: you can now connect or switch controllers live without restarting the game.
• Added full support for Sony DualSense Edge, Amazon Luna, Google Stadia, and NVIDIA Shield controllers.

Resident Evil 2:

• Restored missing background music in certain rooms.
• Adjusted video framerate in the German version of the game for improved playback.
