Update 1.22352 (December 19th, 2022)
How are you Flippers?!
The snow has already fallen, the festive season is just around the corner, and this year we have something truly special. It took incredible amounts of work and dedication, but we can finally present the SINGLE. BIGGEST. UPDATE to House Flipper ever... and it's not just for the base game!
Before we get into that, keep in mind that we're on the last couple of days of the House Flipper Franchise Sale, with discounts on House Flipper and its DLCs reaching their absolute peaks! The best chance to grab anything you're missing! But anyway... let's get back to the festive spirit!
First of all, we'd like to hand you your Christmas gift - the seasonal Xmas Update! This year, it comes with 3 new jobs, 1 purchasable property, and A TON of new Christmassy-looking items! (more info in the patch notes below!)
Secondly, there's a HUGE surprise for all the Luxury DLC fans. We're incredibly proud of this addition, and we feel like because of the amount of content it contains, the proper name would be Luxury 2.0! That's right, a massive update for Luxury DLC is now live!
Wait but what's that gift still left under the Christmas tree? Another box of goodies? WHAT? Yup! On top of all that, as a juicy cherry on top, we give you an extra set of roughly 250 new various items!!
Along with this update, Frozen District and Frozen Way teams would like to wish you a Merry Christmas, filled to the brim with moments of love, joy, and empathy! May happiness and peace surround us all! Also, wishing everyone a rocking New Year... bring it on 2023!
House Flipper:
New:
- 3 new jobs to bring the spirit of the past, present, and future Christmas (oh, you probably heard that somewhere).
- A brand new purchasable property to decorate for this lovely time of the year.
- A set of 80 Christmas items, perfect for making your office look even more Christmassy than last year!
- About 250 new various non-occasional items!
Changes:
- Crazy amount of optimization tweaks.
- Stairs can now be renovated in all houses.
Fixes:
- The roach/glass minimap icon properly disappears after you clean it up and reload the house.
Luxury DLC:
New:
- 3 brand new jobs filled with even more challenges, like new furniture pieces for renovation, and creative quests.
- 3 new houses unlockable after finishing the orders.
- Around 100 additional luxurious items, furtherly enriching the Luxury DLC experience!
Pets DLC:
New:
- A brand new Christmas hat for your pet!
- Litter boxes for rabbits are now available!
Changes:
- Pet behavior improvements.
- Some more optimization stuff.
Fixes:
- Any Morgan Pets Care UI issues should now be gone

- [Hotfix] The possibility of putting objects around swimming pools has been repaired
- [Hotfix] Lawnmower speed slightly increased
- [Hotfix] Closing the office relocation popup no longer hides the laptop
- [Hotfix] Tools are now properly hidden when returning to the main menu
- [Hotfix] Correct house selling pad binding was restored
- [Hotfix] Mower rotation direction was inverted on reverse
- [Hotfix] Mower won't disappear after finishing the mowing order multiple times anymore

Update 1.19224 (14 August 2019)
- New order in which you can unlock the lawn mower: "Lawn and pool".
- Inground pools are now available in the store.
- Seasonal items are back! You can find them in the "Occasional" category in the tablet. Thank you for tuning in to our stream!
- Frequently requested bathroom furniture to assemble: bathtubs, showers and toilets.
- New universal wooden kitchen furniture variants.
- New kitchen countertop variants including marble and granite.
- New wall and floor ceramic tile sets: Scarlet and Grey 3D.
- Eight new hedges are now available in the store. You should find one that looks nice and is not too expensive.
- New items in the new "Tropical" category including palms and cactuses.
- New plants: fern, lettuce, marigold and two kinds of rhododendron.
- Manual quick save shortcut - bound to F5 by default.
- Autosave interval options.
